I've fought migraines since I was 13 years old. They are debilitating and soul-sucking and depressing. I am eternally grateful to Jalayne Faulhaber at Foundation Health & Wellness whose treatments have had me MIGRAINE FREE since my very first visit! Dancing At My Daughter's Wedding

I found myself at a weight of 280 pounds, about 80 pounds over my ideal, and I was determined to make a change before my daughter's wedding in five months. My goal was simple: to look presentable in a suit and to walk my daughter down the aisle without feeling out of breath. I turned to Jalayne for help, and I couldn't have made a better choice. While my journey may not be typical, I am proud to say that I lost approximately 30 pounds by the time of the wedding. I have been to Foundation Health & Wellness for 3 different services, and I can’t say enough positive things about this office. Jalayne is so lovely and knowledgeable. I choose Foundation because you get incredible personalized service and a provider who takes time to get to know you and your needs. Online services seem to cost the same and you don’t get a provider who really cares about the individual.
